       Reaction-sintered silicon carbide cantilever slurry is the key part of semiconductor wafer loading system.It is mainly used in photovoltaic new energy industry. During the coating process of polysilicon silicon wafer or monocrystalline silicon wafer in the dismantling furnace, the bearing and conveying effect of silicon wafer in high temperature environment (1000-1300°C) can be customized according to customer requirements.
       Silicon carbide slurry for photovoltaic new energy industry.The main specifications are 2378mm,25550mm,2660mm, etc., which are used in the process of coating polysilicon silicon wafers or monocrystalline silicon wafers (diffusion) in the diffusion furnace to carry and transport silicon wafers in the high-temperature environment.
       The cantilever slurry has stable performance, does not change in the high temperature environment, the wafer loading force is large, suitable for automatic robot loading and handling system.Because the cantilever slurry surface is stable and does not deform, it is possible to make use of the existing furnace control to prepare larger size tubes.The thermal expansion coefficient of the cantilever paste is similar to that of the LPCVD coating. The application of the cantilever paste to LPCVD greatly extends the maintenance and cleaning cycle and greatly reduces the contamination.
