China durable enclosed chemical powder screw conveyor
Pipe screw conveyor is mainly used for horizontal or vertical lifting of all kinds of powder, granular and other loose material. Whereas screw conveyor is not suitable for transporting large corrosive , easy caking or high temperatures material.
Material being conveyed along the fixed inner casing achieves conveyor work by rotating screw. Head and tail bearing is moved outside; hanger bearing adopts sliding bearing with dust sealing device; bearing bush usually adopts powder metallurgy.
Materials can be conveyed: cement, gypsum, limestone, sand, gravel, concrete, etc. Bulk materials density should be from 0.2 to 3.5 t / m3. Angle of machine is 60 °.

7.No need to add oil
Due to application of new intermediate bearing, it can not only reduce friction, but also achieve self-lubricating. Even if long-term use, there is also no need to add lubricating oil.
