Product Introduction
In order to better guarantee the quality of the goods after inspection, inspection and packaging must be carried out simultaneously. That is, before each time period when the inspector leaves the inspection site, the inspected goods must be packed into boxes under the supervision of the inspection QC. Prevent the factory from mixing bad products into the box.

Quality Acceptance Standard (AQL)
HQC-Inspection quality inspectors use MIL-STD-105E (AQL) quality inspection form (also known as AQL quality acceptance standard) to determine sampling and acceptance standards. These inspection tables are based on American standards, and all national standardization organizations and the International Organization for Standardization have equivalent inspection tables (such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, ISO 2859, NF06-022, BS 6001 and DIN 40080). This method is used to sample the batch of products to determine whether the batch of products is qualified. It is not necessary to inspect all the products of the batch. This sampling acceptance standard is widely used all over the world.

Acceptance sampling
Acceptance sampling is used to decide whether to accept or reject a batch of products. First select samples from a certain batch of products, and inspect the selected samples, and then decide to accept or reject the batch of products based on the results.

Batch/batch
A batch or batch product is a collection of many products whose size, type, production conditions and time are the same. Samples are taken during the batch to determine whether the batch/batch product meets the acceptance criteria.

General sampling inspection standard
The sampling standard represents the overall accuracy of the sampling method. For a given batch of products, improving the quality sampling standard means increasing the number of samples.
The general quality sampling standards are divided into I, II and III levels.
The quality sampling standard of HQC-Inspection is level II by default.

Special sampling inspection standard
If a special item inspection is required for the product, the special inspection sampling standard will replace the general inspection sampling standard.

Special inspection sampling standards include S1, S2, S3 and S4

Sample code
The sample code is generated according to the lot size and sampling level.

Number of samples
The number of all samples taken to be inspected.

Quality acceptance level and defect classification
Under normal circumstances, the defects found in the inspection process are divided into three categories:
- Serious flaws
-Major flaws
-Minor defects

Serious flaws
A serious defect refers to a defect that may affect the personal safety and health of the end user.
The default value of serious defects in the acceptance quality standard of HQC-Inspection is zero.

Major flaws
The main defect is a defect that may reduce the usability of the product without affecting safety.
The default value of major defects in the acceptance quality standard of HQC-Inspection is 2.5.

Minor defect
Minor defects will not damage the normal use of the product or deviate from the relevant standards.
The minor defect quality standard is a process defect.
HQC-Inspection's acceptance quality standard minor defect default value is 4.0.
