The sweeper is driven for one or more blocks collecting any debris in its path and then emptied by a hydraulically controlled bottom gate. Rubber skirting on the sides and front eliminate much of the dust however, best results are obtained by adding the optional spray bar kit. 

This kind of sweeper is ideal for site clean-up and public maintenance jobs with its large brushsections which enables one-pass clean up. The product can be installed on loader to clean dust and scrap on the road, and it can quickly clean car park, coal plant, dock, warehouse and port. As an ideal cleaning tool, it also can put the collected garbage in the collection hopper and move it to the designated position.
1)    The overall structure adopts high-strength steel plate to improve reliability and durability; the bottom of the collecting hopper is designed with detachable abrasion-resistant steel plate to reduce the wear of the bottom of the bucket and prolong its service life.
2)    The brush adopts a new type of mixed silk brush, thereinto the plastic wire is high-elastic, wear-resistant, diamond-shaped polyethylene-ethylene propylene engineering material, and the steel wire adopts high-elastic and wear-resistant material 32SiMnTi, which greatly improves the service life and cleaning effect.
3)    The cleaning mode of the sweeper is directly driven by the dual motor, which improves the working efficiency.
4)    The hydraulic system is designed with anti-hydraulic impact system, which can effectively protect the motor and extend the service life of the motor.
5)    The motors on both sides are equipped with viewing width indicator rod, which is more user-friendly; its overall design is compact and aesthetic.
