Theory:
The crude or sliced Chinese herbal medicine and a certain amount of solvent are placed in the extraction tank, when the herbal medicine is completely wetted, and then carrys out the extraction after the air is discharged.
The extraction liquid in the extraction tank is fed into the concentrator for continuous concentration, and the evaporated solvent vapor is cooled by condensation, and then flows back to the extraction tank through the liquid tank.
The concentration of the solvent return to the extraction tank so that the maximum concentration difference between the solvent and the effective components in the cell tissue of the medicinal materials is maintained, as to speed up the extraction rate and improve the extraction rate, and the production cycle is short.
