Application
This production line is for manufacturing bare wires, power wires, PE\PVC coating wires stranding and this equipment is designed to manufacture high quality control cable and power cable stranding. It's structure is composed of pay-off stand, taping machine, passive taping machine, wire collection device, center taping machine, wire chuck, meter counter single twisting main machine, electrical control box and so on.
Equipment characteristics
1. This equipment adopts PLC program control, using frequency conversion motor
controller make output shaft speed constantly.
2. Hydraulic brake and electromagnetic brake was equipped by this production line, so
when the machine is stopping, they can achieve to stop steady and quickly.
3. All of wheel gears are helical gears which reduce noisy and the pitch is automatic
adjustment.
4. The machine will stop automatically when the wire is broken or meter counting is finished.
5. No need to adjust guide wheel for S / Z stranding, it is set by touched screen.
5. Cantilever wire traverse adopts external traverse to avoid scratch, so forward and
reverse stranding don't need to adjust idler pullery but using touch screen setting.

Qingfeng electrical machinery factory was found in 2000. It is located in Dongguan city, China. It is an enterprise which devotes to equipment technology research and design and manufacturing. Mainly engaged in various wire, cable and optical cable equipment research, development and bulk production. We mainly manufacture various extruding lines, twisting machines and other peripheral equipments such as physical and chemical foaming extruding production lines, cage-type twisting machine, high speed double twisting machine, back twisting machine and coiling machine and so no.
There are more than 100 people in our company and 30% is technologist. We have two factories outside and we are specializing in wire and cable machinery over 15 years. We have drilling machines, milling machines, cylindrical grinding machine, wire-electrode cutting machines, numerical milling machine, large numerical control boring and milling machine and CNC etc.
For the past many years, Qingfeng has strengthened brand awareness fo service for building the China's first brand and becoming an international competitive wire and cable equipment manufacturer. We have been successfully applied for the national patent for utility model patent technology. Now, we are applying for the GB/T9001- ISO9001 quality system authentication.
