  The mesh belt drying machine is a kind of continuous production drying equipment. Product Features
1. This dryer is made of a food-grade stainless steel plate; the conveyer belt is made of stainless steel chain or belt, and it adopts a step-less speed regulation mechanism.
2. The heating component adopts an FIR quartz heating device or gold plating quartz device equipped on the top of the dryer, where the reflecting mechanism is also equipped to enhance heating efficiency.
3. The dryer is equipped with electric control cabinet and the temperature digital display system so that any constant temperature can be obtained.
4. It adopts class-100 vertical purifying air to cool the material, which ensures the material under the strict conditions of bacterium and earth free.
5. The thermal insulation layer of the oven adopts fine glass cotton and alumina support as the insulation material to guarantee the good property of humidity preservation.
6. Heating sources can be steam, conduction oil, electricity, coal (oil), or hot air furnace.

Working Progress

STEP1. The material is uniformly placed on the steel mesh belt.

STEP2. The dragging gear drags the material to move back-and-forth in the units.

STEP3. The hot air or steam flows through the material, and the water vapor is discharged from the moisture removal hole.

STEP4.The material is dried by continuous drying.

Working Principle
The fruit belt conveyor drying equipment is used as the drying medium by using hot air, and the hot air is sent to the dryer by the fan to dry the material. The materials are transferred by a multi-layer stainless steel mesh belt, within the dryer cycle to flip through many layers. hot air through the mesh belt and material layer from bottom to top, step by step for drying, finally to achieve dry evenly. According to the different moisture content of the materials, the air volume of the fan can be adjusted by the electric control system.

Q. Does the conveyor auto-adjust speed to temperature variations?

A. Yes, the dryer speed is fully adjustable. The feeding conveyor and drying machine use a single transmission part, so they operate at the same speed. The discharge conveyor speed is also adjustable. The feeding conveyor features a distributor, which our engineer will install on the dryer and adjust the dryer speed and material thickness spread on the conveyor. After these initial adjustments for the material, the engineer will set the temperature on the control panel. This allows the user to easily operate the machine while maintaining a consistent temperature in the dryer.
