1. Are you a Trading Company or Manufacturer? And where are you ?

Both. We have our own factory named Dayang General Machinery CO., LTD, in Linyi, Shandong Province of China, where is the most important base of gasoline engine and related power tools. And we also have Foreign Trade Department, specializing in export trade.

2. What's your payments terms?

We accept T/T, L/C, PayPAL, Western Union etc.

3. When delivery ?

Normally it takes 30 days, 40 days delivery under certain circumstance.

4. what kind of services do you provide?

We provide pre-sales and after sales services. Such as products information, technical guidance, using help etc.

5. How about your warranty?

We provide a-year warranty for key parts.

6. How does your factory control quality ?

I. We choose to cooperate with high-quality spare parts suppliers. And all spare parts need to be checked before use.
II. In process of producing, we strive for excellence and what the most important thing we focus is checking the upper process in next process.
III. 100% testing machine before packing. Before delivery, check and test the whole machine.
