Co-Extrusion

EPDM Sponge strip

Installation Notice
Aluminum window rubber seal
(1) Before installation, compatibility test between rubber strip and coating profile is required
(2) Before installation, strips should be unpacked and put in room temperature over 24 hours
(3)Clean the parts where need installed rubber strip
(4)Some tooling and fixtures are required during installation, e.g.: rolling wheel, 90 degree angle knife, emollient
may require to speed up the installation, e.g.: Silicon oil, lye
(5)Don't pull strip to fit the profile, keep strip1~1.5% longer than structural material to prevent shrink in cold weather
(6)When meet corner, 45 degree cut off instead of completely cut off, and use proper adhesive or thermal welding for bonding.
Colors
White, black ,grey or other colors are available for TPV and Silicone strips.
Storage
No more than 12 months storing in dry and cool place.
