Yes, we glad to accept sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are avaliable.

2. What about the lead time?

Sample needs 3-5 days. Mass products needs 1-2 weeks for order or more.

3. Have any MOQ limit for the product?

1 unit for sample checking avaliable.

4.  I do not like the color and the decorative pattern of product, can you change in to my design?

Yes. We accept sample customization. We can change the color and logo as you need.  

5.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

6. How to proceed an order?

Firstly let us know your requirements.

Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly you comfirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

At last, we arrange the production.

7. How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, our product have over strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.3%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, for small quantity we will send new goods with new order.  

for defective batch, we will repair them and resend to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
