  Recently, our company developed the PTFE insulative electrical wire and product line, which are specialized in produce 0.05mm²~10.0 mm²,0.3mm~5.0mm diameter of leader, and 0.7mm~8.0mm outer diameter PTFE insulative fire retardant wire. Because of its steady molecule structure, it has good heat& chemic resistant . Our products are widely applied in the areas of aeronautical, petrochemistry, information system , large computer and so on.
There are three kinds specification of 1000mm long vats, the precision of every piston is very high, good sealed; there are 15 parts of the sinter stove , the temperature for each is 20ºC~400ºC, exact temperature control; the speed is controlled by direct current ,and the pressure of the squeezing have the function of protection, testing on line feedback, good quality , and can produce PTFE wire of different size and specification .

Application  for FPTE Cable Extrusion Line
  1. Apply for aviation and aerospace, electrical appliances, telecommunications equipment and instrumentation circuit.
  2. The conductor is using silver plated or nickel-coated copper wire, insulation is using PTFE extruding machine for sintering.
  3. It can be work at 250ºC and -60ºC for long time as well.
