Compound S-GnRHa Injection

FORMULATION:
Each vial(10ml) contain DOM 100mg and S-GnRHa 0.2mg.

DESCRIPTION:
It's a peptide supplement that is used to compress the spawning season, coordinate the spawning time and increase the milt production in males.
It is used in all teleost fish including salmon. African catfish, perch-like fish and carp species.

MODE OF ACTION:
Compound S-GnRHa contains an analogue of S-GnRHa and a brain new rotransmitter (dopamine) inhibitor. The GnRH in compound S-GnRHa elicits the release of stored gonadotrophins from pituitary. The dopamine inhibitor serves to remove other inhibitor of GnRH release.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
It is used at 0.5ml/kg body weight in female and half dose in male fish.
Injection of Compound S-GnRHa delivered to the peritoneal(Abdominal Cavity) using standard needle and syringe. Intramuscular injection is possible but the injection site may bleed.

CONTRA-INDICATION:
Compound S-GnRHa in conjunction with other therapeutants can be used as advised by Veterinarian.

PRESENTATION:
It comes in self-sealing glass bottle, each contains DOM 100mg and S-GnRHa 0.2mg.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store in cool and dry place with temperature 2-8ºC, protect from direct sunlight, keep out of reach of children.
