2. Product introduction
JKY75 / 65EII-4.0 type vacuum extruder is 4.0 set our generations and more than 50 years of brick machine manufacturing experience, and combining with large foreign hard plastic vacuum extruder and series product research and development of large diameter and high extrusion pressure, clay, shale, fly ash, coal gangue is suitable for the production of hollow brick, block, such as decorative brick, etc., and is suitable for the brick factory production scale of annual output of about 100 million.

The machine is composed of power deceleration system, superior single-stage stirring extrusion, subordinate extrusion molding, vacuum pumping system, etc. The upper and lower levels can be arranged in the shape of "D" or "one". The vacuum pumping system is separated from the main engine and connected through a sealed pipe. This machine reducer selects special gear box with hard tooth surface, which greatly improves the contact strength of tooth surface and prolongs the service life of gear box. The main shaft adopts the floating shaft structure, which overcomes the phenomenon of the head swinging in the process of operation.

Working principle: the machine is driven by 160KW six-pole motor, pneumatic clutch, speed through special reducer, transfer to the upper stirring shaft, complete the mixing, extrusion and shredding of mud material, into the real empty box after the vacuum pump air extraction, and then by the mud plate to the mud material pressure to the winch. The lower level is powered by 450KW quadrupole motor, driving the pneumatic clutch, which is transferred to the main shaft through the hard tooth surface reducer, and then pushed by the lower level winch, and compressed into shape through the tapered head and machine port.

The types and characteristics of auger

The advantages of steel plate wrangler are good toughness, not fragile, cheap and easy to customize, the disadvantage is easy to wear. Because the joint of the winch and the machine head is the place where the extrusion pressure is the largest, the extrusion pressure exceeds the allowable pressure value of the vacuum extruder in special cases such as poor plasticity of the raw material and low moisture content, the steel plate winch head leaf and second leaf can be properly considered.
