6FTC series of flour processing complete sets of equipment, is our company specially designed and manufactured for small flour mill workshop, affordable durable, good efficiency, widely used in the country. It has a daily output of 10-15 tons, which is composed of wheat cleaning equipment, milling equipment and electrical control equipment. The cleaning equipment adopts the process of threshing, screening, stone removal, wheat washing and drying, and full air transportation. 

 

The milling equipment adopts roller grinding, full air transportation, chakelong powder extraction, garden screen classification, and skin core separation. This series of flour machine can produce two kinds of flour at the same time. The flour produced is of good quality, original and delicious. It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation and stable performance. It can be processed with supplied materials or sold externally. It is suitable for urban and rural individual processing households, hotels, factories, schools, canteens and other units

Main Structure And Process Flow

The machine is divided into three parts: net grain part, grinding part and sieving part.

 

(1) Grain cleaning part: equipped with our advanced screening, stone removing and Scourer combined grain cleaning machine, the cleaning process is shortened.

Flow chart: raw wheat-Combine cleaning machine (double screening-destoner-scourer- Dampener screw- Cleaned wheat bin.

This set of process is transported by a high-pressure fan, and the whole process is completed by air separation, which ensures the quality of clean grain.

 

(2)Milling part:

 

The wheat milling is mainly completed by the roller milla. That is to use mechanical force to peel off the wheat, scrape the endosperm from the dander, and grind the endosperm into fine powder, which is the main part of the milling process. The milling machine is divided into upper and lower parts, the upper part is the feeding part, and the lower part is the grinding wheel, which is driven by a pair of gears or synchronous belt to break, peel, scrape and grind the material. Finally, pull the handle to separate the gate to separate the two grinding rods, and the feeding mechanism will stop feeding automatically.

 

(3) Sieving part: the milled materials are sieved through their respective feeder → lifter → powder extractor /Sifter, and milled material goes through the powder extractor / sifter, and then flour → cyclone → airlock → flour outlet bagging.

Operation Procedure

(1) as soon as the water is discharged to the water tank of the wheat washer, turn on the fan in the wheat washing room → turn on the wheat washer → turn on the combined grain cleaner. After the equipment operates normally, open the material gate to send the waiting material, which is small first and then large. After all the pipes have materials, it can be gradually enlarged.

 

(2) As soon as the fan in the powder room of the pulverizing equipment is opened, the powder extractor is started → the main mill is started. After the machine runs normally, open the valve of the wheat moistening bin to feed to the collecting hopper. When the collecting hopper is full of materials, open the flow control valve of the collecting hopper to feed to the first mill. At the same time, operate each running in gate in turn. After everything is normal, the powder and bran can be packed.
