Automatic Static loading pile testing system

1) The host adopts 10.4inch touch screen and high brightness colorful LCD, the operator can operate it easily by hand or touch pen
2) The host adopts 24bit high precision AD resolution.
3) The operation is very easy. After simple training, the operator can operate this instrument to do the testing easily on-site.
4) The power supply is 12V DC, not 220V, to keep the instrument with high stability and anti-interference ability.
5) All the testing information, Q~S curve, S~lgt curve, the displacement and pressure data of every channel will be shown on the screen directly.
6) It can set the grading series, and every grade loading size, time and so on.
7) All the testing and data collection is automatic: pressuring, pressure balancing, reading, stability judging and data storage.
8) Automatic alarm function: The instrument will be automatic alarm and provide the self-protection when some emergency situation is happened, such as loading time is too long, settling volume is too big, differential settlement is too big, displacement meter has less displacement range, and so on.
9) The data in the sensor can be transferred to the host through wireless or wire method. The communication distance can reach 500~1000m through wireless method.
10) The wireless channels can be up to 50pcs. It can support more than one set instrument (up to 50sets) to do testing through wireless method in one project.
11) If the power is suddenly off, and then the power turns on after a few minutes, the instrument can automatically continue testing without manual intervention.
12) The instrument can support two installation methods for the sensor: (1)Traditionally install on the pile body;(2) Install on the datum line beam. If installing the sensor on the datum beam, it can utmost avoid the sensor immersing into the water during the raining days.
13) The data can be exported through U-disk
