Falling film type water chiller :
The advantages of falling film type cold water chiller:
1.Applicable for ammonia,freon and other refrigerant.
2.No need to worry about the freeze.Even though the ice is condesed at the flank of evaporator,it will never cause any damage to the unit.
3.Both alumium or stainless steel are available as material,with function of good heat transfer performance and little difference in temperature.
4.Little difference in temperature,high evaporation temperature,and high compressor efficiency has limited the possibility of frozen at water side.
5.The unit could be connected to use's control center so as to undertake long distance PLC control.
6.There is simple requirements for automatic control of system without high precise automatic control components.
7.Lower price and simple operation.After testing,the unit switch to automatic control,no need manually operate.If condensing pressure appeared into variation due to seasonal reason,it is need to fine-tune the throttle valve for liquid so that the electric magnetic valve can be opened non-frequently.
