Application:
1. MC is widely used in construction industry, used for the intermixture of cement, mortar, joint cement , etc.
 
2. Used for the adhesive of filmogen in cosmetics, medicine and food industry. MC is a very stable substance,can resist the acid, alkali, mocroorgnism, heat, etc. It doesn't change at all in human body, then excreted from body
 
3. Used for plasthetics dispersant, coating filmogen,thickener, building materials adhesive, textile dyeing sizing agent, filmogen of medicine and food industry, etc.
 
4.  MC is a substitute of thickener, stabilizer, emulgator, excipient, dispersant, adhesive, filmogen and hydrosol. Also used in mayonnaise, shortening and some other food. Because  it's indigestible in humanbody ,it  can maintain multiple moisture and  make satiety, so it could be used in soda cracker, waffle, etc. and to make the dietetic food.  
Usage: Firstly, use the hot water of 1/5 water demand  wet the powders,then add cold water(on the rocks in necessity)  and stir to homogeneous.                                
EEC: MC is permited to be used for frozen foaming products, potato chips, soft drinks, special diet foods, baked goods stuffing, foaming top materials, sauce and bechamel. 
 
5. Used for emulgator in painting medium.
