-About Customs Clearance                 

We could offer the commercial invoice and help you to do the clearance, But you need to do the clearance according the Alibaba rules and your local custom policies.

-What Is The Battery Condition?        

Normally the battery performance for used phone product would be above 80% or more depends on model,for newer model would have better battery performance
-Do You Have Warranty?                      

We provide 6 months warranty for the phone( All accessories are not in the warranty range)
when you received the phone , pls don't move the "Donworry"sticker before your checked the phones .
if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use. But we don't offer warranty if customers detach the phone or repaired the phone without permission.(Please kindly understand that we can not comfirmed the problem just from some words or photos, a problem video which contians the sticker and IMEI code is needed).

-About the accessories:                            

It is not original accessories, we provide new and high quality copy and test it to ensure it work normally before the shipment .

 -What about the quality:                        

1.Our phones are genuine, original, not Android fake.

2.Each phone has been tested making sure all key function is working well.

3. We help clean each phone before sent out.

-Receive Parcels: 
Please open the parcel in post officer's presence , If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document. Especially the claim request paper and take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.
