1.What's your MOQ?
Usually, we don't limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself.
2. How about your delivery time?
Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so just deliver them within 7 days, while, 15-60 days for large orders and customized production line.
1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS), heavyweight more than 50kg, we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air 
3. What's the warranty of your ultrasonic transducers?
3 months warranty for tooling if it is not damaged by the wrong operation.
During the warranty period, our factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or send the new parts to the customer to replace the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, our factory will repair it or send the new parts with the charge at the cost price. 
4. How can I get your price and catalog od the ultrasonic transducers?

5. Can we be your agent in our country or city?
Of course. We are looking for agents or distributors who are willing to cooperate with us for a long business term.
6. How about payment?
100%T/T in advance for small orders;30%T/T in advance as a deposit;70%T/T paid before shipment for big orders. 
7. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample and it's not free.
8. Could you make the transducers according to our special requirements?
Of course, please tell your product details and detailed requirement.
