Q: How long is the machine warranty period?
A: One-year warranty. During guarantee period, the cost of any spare parts or new accessory are borne by the seller, and the freight for delivery of spare parts will be on the buyer's account.

Q: What is the after-sales installation and training of the machine?
A: For the machine trial run and installation, our technician will be dispatched to your 
Company for 14 days for free.

Q: What is the delivery date?
A: Generally within 30 days after receiving 30% deposit.(Not including special customized machine)
