Automatic Small Crisp Fried Rice Crackers Processing Machinery


General Introduction:
1. The production line produces small fried rice cracker. The artwork procedures are washing rice, immersion, milling, steamer, water tank, extruder, the molding, first drying, scattering, seconding drying, equilibrium water content, frying, sauce seasoning, drying, powder seasoning and package.
2. Dosage of diesel is 8-10kg/h (natural gas can also be used as fuel.)
3. Steam pressure is 4-6kg/fcm2 600kg/h.
4. The capacity of frying machine is 150-200kg/h/set.
5.This line needs 5 workers to operate not including the package.

Main Machine Lists:

1-Washing Rice Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a processing equipment for rice cracker, snacks food which is all made of stainless steel.
2. With the elevator, the rice goes into the vibrating device after washing that rice germ and broken rice are sieved.
3. The floating impurity are filtered from getting through the bucket.
4. The washing rice is taken out by inline pump then has an immersion in the soaking barrel to ensure the neat rice quality and improving product quality.

Introduction:
1. It is all made of stainless steel which has two specifications of 600kg and 900kg.
2. At the bottom, it makes use of butterfly valve with quickly and convenient unloading rice material.

3-Milling Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a main processing equipment for rice cracker which the working accuracy directly decides granularity.
2. It is used 4 batch rolls on milling and has no effect on the flavour of rice powder as no touch and no heat.
3. The spatula is controlled by cylinder with even pressure, neat surface of trolley, nylon gear these are make a low noise, long lifetime and low fault rate.

4-Steamer Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a main processing equipment for rice cracker which the quality directly decides the puffed effect of rice cracker. 
2. It is made of stainless steel with automatic time control.
3.The bottom lid makes use of hydraulic door with flexible opening/closing function at good sealing effect.

5-Molding Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a main equipment for rice cracker. For making different shapes of products just change the model to do it.
2. In order to get the accurate thickness of product, the side plate is composed of high accuracy adjusting base, the weight of dry material can be controlled well by it.
3. The disc rollers have non-stick surface as coating with PTFE. The machine is frequency conversion control.

6-The First Drying Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a main equipment for rice cracker production line which totally processed according to
the Japanese diagram.
2. The anti-shake device makes sure of the rice cracker that doesn't overlap with each others. Also the automatic canvas deviation rectifying device keeps convenience.
3.The temperature is automatically controlled by the region. Each lay has a motor driver, frequency conversion control, can adjust the speed at the same time instead of adjust it
on each lay.
4. The heating insulating material makes use of advanced high-density PU panel to get a good heat insulating effect and power saving.

7-The Second Drying Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a main equipment for rice cracker production line. The inner tanks is made of stainless steel and no pollution on products.
2. The electric motor is brake motor matching with Omron rotary encoder to make an accurate position.
3. The heating insulating material is used of advanced high-density PU panel to get a good heat insulating effect and power saving.

8-Frying Machine
Introduction:
1. The automatic frying machine is a main equipment for small fried rice cracker production line.
2. It is used with the PLC and automatic touch screen. The designed capacity is about 100kg/h(according to the product).
3. It is used of stainless steel and the hearth used with fire brick to keep temperature. The combustion engine is Italian combustion engine which has an easy operation and high heating efficiency, long application life.
4. The options are diesel oil and natural gas. The chimney is used with the cool water to lower the temperature and the water that produced can be reused.

9-Sauce Seasoning Machine
Introduction:
1. It is a main equipment for small fried rice cracker production line.
2. PLC controlled, it is consist of quantitative conveyor, swing feeding and discharge device, up & down sauce immersion, dehydrating sauce device.
3. With reasonable design, the swing arm, up & down devices are with brake device.The users can set the parameters on touch screen according to the product which works stability and improves working efficiency.

10-The Third Drying Machine
Introduction:
1.  Third drying machine has another name of five-tier drier that it has two heating fans providing heat. The drying time can be adjusted and the drying time is about 1-2 hours. Temperature is automatically controlled about 85-100°C. 
2.  Between each lay, there are steam pipe coils which fully and evenly heat. The first belt is stainless steel and the 2^rd  to 5^th is used of galvanized belt; the chain is used of carbon steel.
3. The heating insulating material is used of advanced high-density PU panel to get a good heat insulating effect and power saving.

11-Powder Seasoning Machine
Introduction:
1. It is made of stainless steel, frequency converter controlled, single-phase 380V.
2. The powder size is adjusted by frequency converter controller and powder discharging goes through vibration powder device to make even powder.
3. It is suitable for granule flavoring on food surface such as the salt, soy souce powder and monosodium glutamate etc. It's a good equipment that matches with screw seasoning rotary drum.
