SANKEN Flat/Bending Glass Fusing Furnace SKF-1112

S&K bending furnace adopts automatic thermostat to control heating temperature during bending, fusing, melting & slumping procedure, which keeps heating steady and noiseless. The kiln cover is easy to open and close by installation of fluid drive.

The kiln is suitable for glass bending, fusing, slumping, melting and glass wash basin, the size of kiln can be modified according to customer special requirement. Also extra trolley can be supplied on order.
  

1- Terms of Quotation: FOB Guangzhou (We also deal with CIF, CFR, EXW)


2- Terms of Payment:  
(1) 30% shall pay by T/T as down payment in advance;
(2) 70% balance payment shall be paid off by T/T before shipment.
 
3 - Guarantee / Warranty:
The quality guarantee period for one year, any damages on the electric parts during the quality guarantee period can be maintained or replaced free, (Except in the course of usage, damage due to human errors), and after guarantee period, SANKEN will continuously give good support and best after-sales service to customer.
 
4- Installation:
If customers need , we will arrange 1 engineer to customer's factory for the installation & training, our engineer will stay at customer's factory for about 7 days. Customer shall bear the charge of tickets & VISA for our engineer, arrange the hotel, food (room and board), take a good care of our engineer during they are staying at customers' country.  .
 
Note: If possible, we would like to suggest customer to arrange people to our factory for training about 2-3 days before shipment, so that we can teach customer more technology about the glass processing works, it could be helpful for customer.
 
5. Delivery time: 40 days after receive the down payment.
