1.Product Description
The S(B)H15-M oil-immersed amorphous alloy core transformer has a low no-load loss. The oil tank is designed to be fully sealed. The oil in the transformer is not exposed to the outside air, thus preventing the oil from being oxidized and prolonging the service life of product. Meanwhile, the maintenance cost undertaken by the users is reduced too. All the places suitable for ordinary transformers are applicable to the amorphous alloy transformers, especially in places featuring energy shortage.
Compared with the transformers made of cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, the transformers made of amorphous alloy materials have the advantages as follows:
1) Amorphous alloy is a kind of new materials. It has no crystal structure and it is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetizing power.
2) It has no structural defect that hinders the magnetic domain walls from moving, and its hysteresis loss is less than that of silicon steel sheets.
3) The resistivity is extremely high, which is 3-6 times that of silicon steel sheets, and its eddy current loss is significantly reduced, and the eddy current loss per unit is only 20%-30% of that of silicon steel sheets.
To sum up, the no-load loss of transformers made of amorphous alloy cores is very low, only 25% of S9 silicon steel transformers.
