1, Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are manufacturer and running 6 factories in Guangdong province, Sichuan province, and Hubei province.

2, Q: What documents you provide for every shipment?
A: Usually, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading, COA, Certificate of origin, MSDS are promised. Other documents you need for import, please feel free to contact us.
 
3, Q: What is the loading port?
A,  Guangzhou port (prior), Shenzhen port, Hong Kong port.
 
4, Q: What is the payment term?
A: T/T or L/C, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
 
5, Q: Can you supply samples for testing?
A: Yes, Our samples are free for your testing,
However, you need to afford the delivery fee (DHL/TNT/EMS)
The delivery fee will be deducted from the future bulk order.
