Indications:
For bleeding caused by vitamin K deficiency, such as obstructive jaundice, biliary tract, chronic diarrhea, etc., low prothrombinemia caused by coumarins, sodium salicylate, neonatal hemorrhage and long-term Vitamin K deficiency in the body caused by broad-spectrum antibiotics.
Attention
1.Vitamin K has an allergic reaction.
2, when patients with severe bleeding due to vitamin K-dependent factor deficiency, short-term application is often not effective immediately, can be intravenous infusion of prothrombin complex, plasma or fresh blood.
3, used to correct low prothrombin caused by oral anticoagulant, should try the minimum effective dose, then adjust by prothrombin time measurement;Excessive vitamin K can bring future anticoagulant therapy difficult.
4, hepatic cirrhosis or bleeding in patients with advanced liver disease, and heparin to hemorrhage using sodium bisulfite menadione injection is not effective.
Adverse reactions
1.Local redness and pain can be seen.
2, a larger dose can cause neonatal, premature hemolytic anemia, hyperbilirubinemia and jaundice.Acute hemolytic anemia can be induced in patients with erythrocyte 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
3, large doses can cause liver damage.Patients with liver dysfunction can switch to vitamin K1.
Medicine interactions
1, oral anticoagulants such as dicoumarin can interfere with vitamin K metabolism, the two drugs used together, the effect offset each other.
2, larger doses of salicylic acid, sulfa drugs, quinine, quinidine, etc.Can also affect the vitamin K effect.
