1.Are you factory or trade company?
We are manufacturer, we have our own ceramic factory in Chaozhou. We also have many partner factories for different kinds of material.

2. Are you manufacture all the products you have?
We have more than 2000 kinds of sublimation blanks, most of our products are purchase outside and then we make coating and develop our own products.

3. What's the quality of your coating?
The coating we used is imported from USA. The domestic coating is normally easy to fall off. Our imported coating can be put in the dish washer. You can find very cheap price in the market, but the coating on these items is mostly domestic. I can also teach you how to distinguish the coating.

4. What's sublimation product?
By applying sublimation coating to the outside of an object, e.g. mug, plate, metal board and etc., photos are printed using the dye-sublimation process which produces exceptionally bright, vivid , colourful images. The digital image could be scenic, or your own portrait, firstly printed via sublimation ink onto inkjet paper as a carrier, then wrap the paper onto the coated items and process it under Sublimation heat press machines at given temperature and time.
The product is washable . The whole process is hand-made one by one therefore it is suitable for personalized gifts or promotional products . However, the price will be higher than normal similar products. (e.g. sublimation mugs VS. normal white mugs)
