QSD Series Double Shaft Shredders

QSD Series double shaft shredder are designed to operate at low speed, high torque operation minimizes noise and power consumption-whilst achieving high throughput rates. Suitable for tearing meterials that are hard or relatively large. Such as wood, tires, waste electrical appliances, metal, rubber, fiber, industrial waste, clothing, garbage and other solid or hollow material.

1, Hydraulic rammer: According to the material properties and customer requirements, the double Shaft shredder can be added with pressing device. Installed above the hopper to increase the equipment output.
2, Configurable blades for thickness and number of teeth.
3, Rotary Screen. Te size of the material can be controlled by rotating screen and even crushed.
4, Speed reduction gear box. The gear reducer with high hardness and hard tooth surface has stable transmission, low noise, high torque and long service life.
5, PLC control panel. Famous PLC control system and electrical components.
