★Structure
RunSun PET Aluminum Composite Panel is made by RunSun RsCore series PET foam plain sheet and high strength thin aluminum plate, the panel product is made in the temperature of 200ºC, two layers of thin aluminum as the surface of the panel, and the PET plain sheet as core material, all the layers need to be through high temperature rolling processing, to foam a sandwich product structure. ★Features
RunSun RsCore series PET foam plain sheet is made by bottle grade PET particles, and achieves specific specifications of foam products by physical foaming.
RunSun RsCore series PET foam has excellent physical property and chemical stability, it has low water absorption and good thermal stability, can be used in extreme environment such as high temperature and high humidity, its physical properties and durability are better than other materials such as PU foam or PVC foam.
Benefit from the excellent physical property, the PET metal compound panel can make a thinner thickness than PU foam panel or PVC foam panel to meet requirements.
Benefit by excellent material properties, the aluminum thin plate as surface layer, has provide high shear strength, and PET foam plain sheet as core material, provide high compression performance, the sandwich structure bring a firm state based on a lower weight. At the same time, the coating layers of aluminum and PET core materials are made by environmentally friendly raw materials, the panel can be used in the food industry. The surface color of coating layers can be customized based on the requirements.RunSun PET Aluminum Composite Panel has passed a variety of performance tests, RunSun has full set of necessary test equipment for the developing of the product.

(1) The width of the panel can be made maximum to 2800mm, normal width is 2100mm/2200mm/2300mm.
(2) Continuous production can be realized in the length direction, regular the longest panel can be made to 10000mm, the common length is 4200mm/4500mm.
(3) The thickness can be customized based on your requirements between 5~100mm, normal thickness is 15mm/20mm/25mm, the thicker, the more powerful strength you can get, to fit different conditions.
(4) The panel product is cutting by CNC circular saw machine, you can get a precisely you want, and normally the shape of the panel is rectangle, you can also customized other shape if you need.
