High Speed Single Wire Cable Twisting Twister Bunching Winding Stranding Making Machine for Twisting Cable
High speed Stranding machine for twisting cable and multi-core wire assemby suitable for bobbins from DM630mm to DM1250mm equipped with wire inlet with 19 holes.

Application: it is used for the assembly of multi-cored wire of more than two strands.
Main technical aparameters are as follows:
a. stranding limit: applicable to multi-cored wire assembly of more than two strands.
b. rotating speed: maximum 600RPM,below 550RPM when stable operation
c. wire feeding diameter: Φ1~4mm(cored wire)
d. assembly wire diameter :Φ12MM(cored wire, maximum)
e. diameter of towing wheel: Φ300MM 4 grooves the surface of aluminum alloy anode treatment .
f. pitch:30mm-150mm(gear type replace pitch, one pitch about at intervals of 20mm)
g. stranding direction:Both left and right stranding direction
h. coiling bobbin: Φ630*420*100mm and Φ800*600*100mm
i. loading or unloading of bobbin: electric hydraulic lifting
j. tension regulation: motor 5.5KW
k. discharging wire: track thread screw type discharging wire
l. driven motor: 40HP motor
m. brake:disc-type pneumatic brake, DBG 105
n. disconnection system: automatic slowdown till shutdown when disconnection'
