1Using multifunctional watt-hour meterThe charger accurately measures the charging capacity of the charging vehicle which meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T 17215-2002, GB/T 17883-1999 and the power industry standard DL/T 614-2007. It also has the function of power pulse output and realizes the real-time communication between RS485 communication interface and charging module.
2Simple interaction interfaceMan-machine interaction and on-site control functions are realized: swipe card to start or stop functions is realized on AC charging pile; operation status, fault status and power parameters are displayed and the status of charging process is shown in real time.
3Custom startup modeDifferent startup mode is supported including swipe IC card, and plug-and-play start mode. IC cards can also be customized for money or KEY mode (i.e. unlimited amount within the card, swipe card to start or stop charging process).
4Self-inspection& failure warning functionIt can judge whether the charging interface has been connected correctly automatically. When properly connected, the charging interface can output power supply; when the charging interface is abnormally disconnected, the charging pile immediately stops output to ensure personal safety. When the equipment fails, the system will detect the fault by itself and try to solve it.
5Protection functionIt has the functions of protection of output over-voltage, under-voltage, load, over-current, over-temperature, short circuit, leakage and lightning. When the charging voltage is higher than or lower than the setting value of over-voltage or under-voltage protection, the charging pile will stop charging to protect; when the charging current exceeds the fixed value of the load current or when the equipment is too hot, the warning signal will be sent out and the charging power supply will be automatically cut off; when the leakage occurs, the protection range is from the charging pile to the charging output loop.
