 idle operation of newly purchased products is not flexible. Please check the production date of the slewing support. If it takes a long time (more than half a year) and the weather is cold, it is possible that the grease in the raceway is sticky and the operation is not working properly (cold area, especially in winter). Exclusion method:
It can be used normally if it can be operated without any other abnormality after the applied force; If there is abnormal sound, check whether there is serious trauma in the process of transportation, and feed back the information to our company to sell the service department for processing.


Problems encountered in bearing installation and solutions:
1.Operation is not flexible after installation. It may be that the host mounting surface is not well matched with the slewing support mounting surface, which leads to the axial clearance of the slewing support after installation cannot compensate for the deformation of the slewing support.
2. The slewing support is in the state of negative clearance, and it is difficult for the rolling body to operate in the raceway (sometimes accompanied by abnormal sound). Or the size gear meshing is bad; Or the size of the gear card has a foreign body. Exclusion:
3.Rework the mounting plane of the main engine to make it meet the requirements; Or use the packing method.
4.Re-adjust the meshing clearance of gears as required, especially the maximum run-out position of gears.
Check to make sure that there is no foreign matter in the meshing position of big and small gears.
Replace one slewing support with larger clearance.
