1. Introduction:
Insulating glass production line is a kind of glass deep processing equipment, which is mainly used to process and produce insulating glass. The original glass is cut into the hollow production line
The main processing procedure as follows: cleaning, drying, installing the spacer frame with butyl, assembly the glass. After assembly work, operator should make the second sealing (polysulfide or silicone glue) and then unload the insulating glass.
The insulating glass production procedure can be from right to left and from left to right. It is according to end user demand.

3. Installation Conditions: 
3.1 The working area for the installation of insulating glass equipment should have air source and 380V/220V (50/60 Hz) AC power three-phase four-wire power configuration, namely three-phase live wire, one-phase neutral wire.
3.2 Solid concrete floor.
3.3 Industrial tap water source and drainage ditch.
3.4 Clean and dust-free.

4. Debugging Method: 
3. 1. Place the insulating glass production line lightly at the installation position, and place the position sequence of each section of the production line correctly.
3. 2. Leveling the body. Adjust the height of the leveling bolts on the machine base to make the conveying roller and the supporting surface of the nylon wheel the same height, the back and the wheels on the inclined frame are coplanar, the sections are relatively parallel, and then tighten the nuts.
3.3. Connect and tighten the parts that need to be connected between the sections, and connect the transmission chain from the feed section to the cleaning and drying section. Place the fan and water tank correctly, and connect the air pipe and water pipe according to the waterway and airway system diagram.
3. 4. Comprehensively check whether all fastener connections of the machine are loose due to transportation vibration, and tighten them one by one (especially whether the connections of the terminals are loose).
3. 5. Use soft copper core yellow-green insulated wire with a cross-sectional area not less than 4 square millimeters for the grounding wire, and the grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms.
3. 6. Connect the air source and check whether the pipeline is unblocked and damaged. The air source pressure is required to be 0.6~0.8Mpa.
3. 7. Turn on the power, test whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct, and whether each section of the drive sprocket is flexible and stable.
