1.Do you produce all the products yourselves ?
Yes, we have our own  Factory, all the products we are selling are designed and manufactured by ourselves.

2.Would you provide SDK for me ?
Yes, we offer free SDK if you order sample. All the contents in a CD ROM with sample together.

3.What is the application for your product ?
Payment & Printing in store/supermarket/transpotation/warehouse/Medical/information entry system/access control ect.

4.How about the price ?
Before making the quotation, may I know about your order quantity? 

5.How can you guarantee the quality ?
Experienced engineering team and strict management. If you meet with quality problem, just contact our workmate, we will solve the problem soon. 

6.How is your Quality Control ?
For each order, strict inspections will be put in place for each procedure during their processing. The negative products will be ironed out before shipping

7.Is OEM or ODM available?
Yes. We are the factory directly.We can make it as your requirement.

8.Where is your loading port if goods shipped by sea ?
Shenzhen port China.

9.When will you delivery the goods ?
Sample: 2-7days
Quantity order: 20-30days upon deposit received.
