The center adjusting ball bearing is a ball bearing which is equipped with a ball ball between the inner ring of two raceways and the outer ring with spherical surface.
The curvature center of the outer ring raceway surface is consistent with the bearing center, so it has the same self-aligning function as the automatic self-aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell are flexed, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing the bearing load. The roller bearing can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. Radial load capacity, suitable for heavy load, shock load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a taper hole bearing, which can be directly installed. Or it can be installed on the cylindrical shaft by using the fastening sleeve and the dismounting cylinder. The cages are made of steel stamping cages, polyamide forming cages and copper alloy car cages.
The core adjusting ball bearing has two structures, namely, cylindrical hole and conical hole, and the material of the cage is steel plate and synthetic resin. The outer race is spherical, and has the self centering property, which can compensate the errors caused by the spherical bearing caused by different centrality and shaft deflection, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees.
It can bear large radial load and also can bear certain axial load. The raceway of outer ring of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has the performance of adjusting center. When the shaft is bent or tilted, the center line of inner ring and the center line of outer ring are inclined less than 1 °~ two point five ° When, the bearing can still work.
The inner hole of the ball bearing has two kinds of cylindrical and conical. The taper of the cone inner hole is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of the bearing, the annular oil groove and three oil holes are machined on the outer ring of the bearing.
