Product Description:
Portable fume collector and portable fume extractor systems are designed to manage and collect fumes from welding areas to not only keep your employees healthy, but ensure they are safe and comfortable. The mobile dust fume collector consists of flexible, spark resistant portable extraction arms , suction and pressure hose up to 140°C , extraction hood , spark resistant web , high grade filter cartridge , pulse cleaning system, activated carbon filters, removable dust tray, Korean wheel , fan, motor and etc . It is equipped either one or two extraction arms are both available . The portable fume collector are highly efficient welding fume extractors with 3-stage filter system; very ideal for the fume and dust extraction in the welding process . The rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius , which can capture the dust and smoke from the source .





Product Features : 
1.We use premium grade PTFE filter cartridges
A: Highly efficient PTFE film which performs at least 3-5 times more than a traditional filter.
B: 99.0% filtration efficiency for the dust that is more than 0.3 micron.
C: Service life can reach 6000hrs, which is twice longer than the traditional filter.
2.We use specialized turbine and Siemens motor equipped with anti-overloaded circuit to prevent motor burnout , in high security and performance stability .
3.Equipped with special Korean-style universal castors with brakes, the movement and position of the equipment is more convenient.
4.Three-stage filter system protection measures are adopted for spark and large particle slag to avoid fire hazards from the source and improve the life of portable fume extractor.
5.The purified clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the exhaust vent and minimize the the noise. 
6.Large airflow, simple & compact structure, economic space occupation, cost-saving and reliable.
7. Both manual dust cleaning and pulse automatic cleaning are available.
