1.Standard
We produced according to National Standard of GB/T11017.2-2002 of the People's Republic of China.
2.Range of application
It is suitable for single-core power cable's installation and operation under normal conditions of rated voltage 64/110KV, but it is not suitable for cable laying under special conditions, such as sub
3. Characteristics of cable
Rated voltage
Rated voltage is the reference voltage for cable design and electrical performance test.
Working temperature
The allowable long term maximum temperature of conductor is 90ºC when the cable is in normal working conditions.
Short circuit
The allowable maximum temperature is 250ºC when it short circuited (The longest duration is not exceeding 5s).
Bending radius
The allowable minimum bending radius is 25 times of cable diameter when installed.
4. Service environment( Place )
Lead sheath cable, is suitable for environment with more serious corrosion but no much nitric acid , acetic acid and organic matter( Such as mud, coal and strong alkaline corrosion matter with technical force, pulling force, stress and vibration etc.)
Aluminum sheath cable , is suitable for environment with minor corrosion and required to bear a certain mechanical force(For example ,connected with transformer directly and laying at bridge opening or in shaft etc.)
Metal plastic compound sheath cable is suitable for general damp and warm place, no corrosion or light corrosion and no direct contact with water and bear not so much technical force, pulling force, stress and vibration.
PVC outer sheath cable is mainly used in cable line with general fire-proof requirement and insulation requirement for outer sheath .
PE outer sheath cable is mainly suitable for directly buried laying cable line with higher requirement on outer sheath insulation , low temperature environment under 20ºC , or soaked place by chemical liquid and low toxicity  requirement when cable burns , when PE outer sheath is used in tunnel or shaft , fire-control and flame-retardant measures should be adopted if necessary .
