Overview
GDPT-103C CVT On-site Calibrator is designed for analyzing and Calibrate CVT for on-site test.
Features
- l 640*480 high resolution 10.4 inch LCD touch screen,
- l Single machine to realize error test of CVT, no need resonant voltage injection device, standard VT, load box, calibrator, greatly improve working efficiency and simplify the connection.
- l Broad test range, 35/√3kV/100/√3V, 100/3V-1000/√3kV/100/√3V, 100/3V.
- l Test 3pcs secondary winding of CVT at the same time.
- l Internal inductive voltage divider of class 0.02 and using difference measurement to test LV error of tested CVT. Inter-frequency testing technology is adopted, and calculating the non-linear error of intermediate transformer at 50Hz, to obtain the CVT error finally. The test accuracy is up to class 0.05.
- l Test capacitive divider ratio of CVT and check if the nameplate is the same with CVT or not.
- l During testing, max. test voltage is no more than 3kV, to ensure safety of on-site testing.
- l Easy wiring.
- l Test time is short, less than 5mins.
- l Using accurate software calculation, test data is more accurate.
- l Automatic judging the connection status. It will display wrong connection, wrong turns ratio and polarity.
- l Automatic rounding test data and determine if it is over error or not.
- l It will show the test result pass or fail directly.
- l Save up to 1000pcs test data.
- l With printer, to print test data directly.
- l With engineering plastic case, anti-shock.
