Lemongrass Essential Oil Distiller 



Machine Introduction:

This steam distiller is suitable for farm lemongrass 's steam distillation process to get the essential oil. The extraction tank can just have one ,also can have 2 tanks like as above picture show,
as the goose-neck can move two sides,so the tanks can alternate use.Then together use one condenser.Boiler can use wood to burning for provide steam.
The cooling water can use the common temperature water,the best have a set of cooling water towel,then the water can be recycling,if not ,water is cheaper,can choose waste water.
Finally,have the crane,if have it ,.will be better,save time.

1. Heating type: Steam heating ,use wood,steam going to extraction tank's bottom directly

1. Volume of extracting tank: 3000L+3000L,tanks will stand at floor directly

1. Condenser: Coil type, heating area 3 squaremeter

1. Input Capacity:400kg lemon grass per batch

1. Extracting time:within 2 hours per batch,just in reference

1. Extracting temperature: Indoor temperature~100ºC

1. Cooling media: Water 5T/h or connect to Circulating cooling water tower

1. Temperature control: Water in interlayer for thermal insulation
