1.Breif introduction      

 We  specialized in the ceramic machinery industry.  We focus on the Xing Peng brand  Ceramic dies and moulds  for more than 25 years, we are not only the largest ceramic Die and Mould  manufacturers in China but also a worldwide high-tech enterprise all over the world. We  can design and produce ceramic dies & moulds  from 20X20mm to 1200X2400 mm series. Our dies and moulds can fix all the presses included: SACMI , SITI(B&T),WELKO, NASSETTI , LAEIS, HLT , KEDA ,RNH.

2. Dies and moulds design

We can design the Ceramic dies and moulds for polished tile , glazed tile ,rustic tile ,polished glazed tile,double loading tile (tile charge tile),soluble salt,border tiles, decorative tile.  We designed according to different powder material , different compression rate ,different shinkage for wall tile and floor tile (Porcelain tile ).

3. Coperation with other machinery partners 

We cooperate with the famous Ceramic Machinery Group such as HLT , MODENA , KEDA to research and develop our products . HLT develope for the biggest Press for 16800Ton in China , we cooperate to offer  dies and moulds for this Press ,mould size will be 1200*2400 mm. The famous Ceramic brand Monalias factory are very satisfied for this cooperation for them to develop the big size tile area.
Now cooperate with HLT ,  dies and moulds will be developed for more than 30000 Ton press in 2018.

4. Factory scale and employees.
We covers the areas of 20000 square meters , we have 8000 squaremeters of Modern R&D center and 10000 square meters modern workshop. We have more than 500 employees, which include 200 senior engineers and technicians .

5. Head office and branches 
Our  dies and moulds head office are located in FOSHAN Ceramic City ,and we have another 7 branches , 5 branches are in SiChuan , HuBei,  JiangXi , ShangHai, HeYuan , and 2 branches are Thailand and India . The branch company across China and Asia , providing prompt after-service for ceramic factories.

7. High tech modern large scale equipment.
We have owned a set of high tech modern large scale equipment which are include: large NC grantry milling machine ,  planogrinder , machining center , laser scanning ,CNC engraving machine and other advance equipment and detecting instrument which can design and produce the ceramic dies and moulds  from  20*20mm  to  1800*3500mm.
