Ceramic fiber sintered cloth is made of ceramic fiber plus organic fiber, lined with glass fiber (steel wire), and then woven into cloth. It is a new type of inorganic thermal insulation, fire-resistant village material, with light weight, small heat capacity, good thermal insulation performance and high temperature insulation performance, stable chemical properties, etc.
Ceramic fiber sintered cloth was invented afterwards, completely replacing asbestos cloth. Asbestos cloth has carcinogenic effect, and the strength of ceramic fiber cloth is also better.
Construction environment:
1. Require the mixed slurry to mature after 15-25 minutes to ensure that the slurry reaches the best construction viscosity.
2. It is required to determine the amount of paint to be prepared according to the construction capacity, and it can be used as needed. The prepared coating should be used up within 120 minutes, and cannot be used again after setting.
3. It is recommended to apply the spraying method for construction. The thickness of the coating is not more than 5 mm. The second pass can be sprayed or smeared. The thickness of the coating should not exceed 10 mm per pass. The interval between each pass is 24 hours until it reaches .The design thickness is not less than 13.3 mm.
4. The ambient temperature of the construction site is required to be 5-38ºC, and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. The curing period of physical and chemical performance inspection is 28 days, and the curing period of refractory performance inspection is 40 days.
5. If the paint is applied outdoors, after the coating is basically dried, the surface of the fire retardant paint must be coated with acid-proof and alkali-modified acrylic paint to protect it.
6. Undried coatings must not be bumped, washed by water or rain.
