Product introduction

HL-W190 is a specially modified synthetic lithium magnesium silicate.The product expands by hydration solution, it will be forming a colorless, transparent and liquid glue solution.25% solution can remains liquid for a year. HL-W190 can rapidly form high thixotropic gel in the presence of a small amount of electrolytes, or when the formula contains resin and pigment wetting agents.

Instruction

It is used to make 25% dispersion liquid. The process is as follows:

Adding the HL-W190 gradually under the condition of rapid mixing,and then continue to stir after 20 minutes, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly.

Stop stirring after it disperses evenly, then place dispersing liquid for 1 hour.The viscosity will become lower than before at this stage.

The HL-W190 dispersing liquid does not require high shear force.

Dosage

The addition quantity of HL-W190 depends on the type of organics, viscosity and other rheological properties.
The amount of HL-W190accounts for 0.2%-2.0% of the whole system. The optimum dosage should be determined by experiment.

Efficient dispersing equipment and technique can better optimize the performance of HL-W190 with less dosage and more profits.
