Product description
Component: Hybridoma cell culture supernatant secreting anti-human TYPE A and anti-human type B antigen monoclonal antibodies.
Application: biochemical research.
Anti-A anti-B blood type training reagents (monoclonal antibodies) / anti-A anti-B serum main components are: secretion of anti-human type A and anti-human type B blood type antigen monoantigen hybrid tumor cell culture supernatant.
Application: Biochemical research, dedicated to appraiser ABO blood type.
Limitations of this method:
This test is only used for positive forming testing of ABO blood types.
Product performance metrics:
The affinity < 15 seconds, the effect shall not be lower than the synchronous measurement results of the national reference products.
Precautions for anti-A-B blood type reagents:
1. For subjects with more self-condensation, the identification of blood type is often mistaken for AB blood type, encountering such a situation, need to be used the physiological sodium chloride solution washed the subject's cells 2-3 times to remove the coagulation that was adsorbed to red blood cells and then to identify the blood type.
2. In the matching test, if no cooperation is found, the subject's serum is taken and reversed with known A or B blood cells a stereotype test to verify that the original blood type was correct.
3. Subtypes (e.g. Ax) cannot be measured by immediate test tube method and the duration of action needs to be extended.
4. This product can not be used if there is turbidity or discoloration, if the bottle is opened for a long time, it is best to use known ABO blood type red blood cell examination whether the results are consistent with known blood types, in order to prevent contamination of products, deterioration failure, and resulting in identification errors.
