In order to guarantee the performance and quality of our products, we strictly controls all processes, including processing, assembly and delivery.

 2)If we donot know how to use the machine,can you teach us?

 Yes,we will ,if you come to China,we will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.And if you are busy ,we will have the special engineer to your country,but you need to bear some fee,like tickets and hotel and meal.

 3)If some problems happened to this machine during warranty
period,what should i do?

 We will supply free parts in machine warranty period if machine have some problem. While we also supply free after-service forever,so any doubts,just let us know,we will give you solutions as soon as possible.

4)how should i pay for my order ? what is the procession of this purchase ?

we accept TT by bank.you can do 30%  prepayment at first, then we'll start to make production.

when the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you, and then you can do the ballance.after

we got your payment. i will send the machine to you.

5)how about your service after sales ?  can your engineer speak fluent english ?

 we offer the service from you got the machine, including how to install the machine, how to use 

machine.how to let machine work. and so on.  usually we will teach you how to do by email or by 

skype . our engineer has many years of experience for cnc machine service .he can speak very 

good english , so he can slove the problem in short time.

6)Are you a factory or trading company?

We are the manufacturer .  as only the machine made by ourself,quality can be trusted,and most 

important thing is we can do better serivce after sales.  we know how  to  fix the problem in each

7)How long is the delivery time?

For standard machines, it  would be in  7-10 days;  For non-standard machines and customized 

machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

8)How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment,we'll send all original documents to you by DHL,including Packing list,Commercial

 Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

Packaging

Firstly, we use stretch film to package the machine in order to keep the machine clean and avoid shaking during shipment.

Secondly, we use plywood case to package outside, which doesn't need to be fumigated or heat treated

Finally, we use steel tube under the plywood case, which can protect the package from damage during loading / unloading.

Shipping

1. Delivery time: 7~10 business days after payment
