Intended Use:

   It is used for the pretreatment of the tobe tested sample, to make the to be tested object in the sample released from the state of being combined with other substances. So as to facilitate the use of in vitro diagnostic reagents or instruments to detect the test object.

   Collect swab sample and put it into the preservation solution containing the sample nucleic acid release solution,the DNA or RNA in the nucleic acid can be released and amplified directly as a PCR template without heating or other nucleic acid extraction operations.

 

Test principle :

   The nucleic acid release preservation solution of this product contains organic solvents and detergent ingredients,which can denature the protein structure of cells or viruses and inactivate viruses or other microorganisms. Nucleic acid is quickly released from the sample by shaking and soaking.

   The ingredients of this product have an inactivating effect on the virus, but for biological samples of major infectious diseases, they should also be inactivated in strict accordance with relevant guidelines and operated strictly in a biological safety cabinet.
