Freeze-dried RT PCR qualitative detection reagent kit

In order to meet the requirements of long-range transportation and easy storage under ambient temperature, we developed 
the freeze-dried PCR detection reagent kit based on our original PCR reagent kit as decribed below, which should be transported and stored at  -20±5ºC. The new Freeze-dried RT PCR detection reagent kit could evidently make the transportation and storage cost-effective for customers. 

Introduction  of one-step PCR

Quantitative PCR (PCR) is a powerful technique for the accurate analysis of gene expression. When starting with RNA samples, one must first perform a reverse transcription (RT) step to generate cDNA for the subsequent PCR reaction. One-step RT-PCR streamlines this workflow by performing the RT step in the same tube as the PCR reaction.
