Q: Can we get a sample to test?

A :  Yes , we can provide sample to you for testing,  just please inform the specific models , size , power , color temperature.

Q: What's the delivery time?

A :  Around 3~5 days after get payment for samples,   7-10 working days after get deposit for mass order.

Q: Do you have the technic supports ?

A: Of course,  after you receive the lamps, if you have any questions, please tell us, We can try my best to help you .

Q:  What's the payment term?

A :  We accept TT ,  Western Union,L/C.  For samples ,  full payment is required upon order confirmation. For mass orders,  30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shippment.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less 
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For 
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
