Specs of High Pressure Carbon Dioxide Gas Tanks(200 Bar):
-Water capacity: 50 Liter;
-Mat.: 34CrMo4; OD=232mm; W. P/T. P.: 200/300 Bar;
-Wall thickness: 5.5mm; G. W.: ~53kg; Height: `1590mm; Gas(CO2): 10M3.
-Color: Blue or as per your preferred;
-Connecting thread: PZ27.8 or 3/4''-14NGT;
-Applied standard: ISO 9809-1;
-A series of gas valves, caps or steel valve guards can be OPTIONAL;
-Packing: Each with nylon bag(Based on bilateral agreement).;
-Loadability: 330PCS/20'ft FCL.
*NOTES: -1). WMA-Concave Bottom WMT-Convex Bottom;
-2). Hydraulic test pressure: 25Mpa or 30Mpa;
-3). Working test pressure: 15Mpa or 20Mpa;

Our ISO9809-1 std gas cylinder are manufactured adopting piercing and deep drawing method by billet. The raw material including 34Mn2V, 30CrMo, 34CrMo4, it can be filled with H2, O2, CO2, CO, Ar, He, etc. The outside diameter from 204mm to 279mm, the water capacity from 2L to 80L, the main common used type are 219(outside diameter)-5.7mm(wallthickness)-40L(water capacity)-15Mpa(working pressure)
The main manufacturing process is: Steel billet-cutting-heating-piercing-deepdrawing-cutting-spinning-heat treatment-external shot blasting-UT hardness testing-threading-hydro testing-stamping-internal blasting-painting-airproof testing-packaging.
