Product description:        

This product is named as Non-cold Bridge Suspended Ceiling System, widely accepted in electronics, pharmaceutical, aerospace and other industries where cleanrooms are required. Lighting (LED), HEPA boxes, fire protection equipment and other necessary ancillary products for cleanrooms can be installed to ceiling panels.

This system consists of two major parts: the hanging system and ceiling panels. The hanging system is mainly used to bear the dead load and living load of the ceiling panel, to control and adjust the distance between the ceiling and floor, and keep the level of the overall ceiling system. The ceiling panel can be perfectly connected with the HEPA boxes, fire protection equipment, lights and maintenance access.

Features:
  • The hanging system is concealed type, i.e. the al. profiles are invisible below the ceiling.;
  • The panel system can be perfectly connected with other related cleanroom products;
  • The walkable system enjoys solid tightness and strong density;
  • The ceiling of this system can be used in conjunction with other various partition wall system products from MAX and connected perfectly;
  • The gap at the ceiling joint of this system is consistent with the width of the gap at the wall panel to ensure the overall cleanroom aesthetics;
  • 50mm, 100mm thick wall panel coordinated with intermediate PVC profiles;

The walkable ceiling system with HEPA boxes, diffusers and lighting fixtures, all components can be integrated perfectly. The openings in ceiling panels for HEPA boxes or LED lights can be made in MAX factory, the reinforcement shall be embedded in panels in advance.
