Indications
Multiple myeloma
This product can be combined with melphalan and prednisone (MP regimen) for the treatment of multiple myeloma patients who have not previously been treated and are not suitable for high-dose chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation; or as a single agent for the treatment of at least one or the treatment of multiple myeloma patients who relapse after more than one treatment.
Mantle cell lymphoma
This product can be combined with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and prednisone for adult patients with untreated mantle cell lymphoma who are not suitable for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; or 1mg
 or for the treatment of patients with refractory mantle cell lymphoma, while the patient has received at least one treatment before using this product.

Usage and Administration
This product can be administrated in the following ways:
  • 3-5 seconds intravenous injection(concentration 1mg/mL), or
  • Subcutaneous(concentration 2.5mg/mL)
Since the resolubilization concentration of each route of administration is different, care must be taken when calculating the administration volume.
Intrathecal injection can cause death.
