TUP layflat hose extrusion line
---Produce Application---The extrusion line mainly divide into 2 type by production capacity. The small production line is equipped SJ75/30 extruder for hose with size 2-4", the big one is equipped SJ90/30 extruder for hose with size 6-16". Producing TPU Layflat Hose from extruded thermoplastic polyester based polyurethane (TPU) with excellent wear & tear properties. The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn. The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester. Its high quality TPU construction gives it excellent resistance to wear, gouging, and tears. It is also resistant to many chemicals and its superior construction makes it light in weight as compared to rubber hoses and permits it to be made in very long lengths - even in larger diameters. The interlocked reinforcement weaves ensure that the extension in hose length is minimized when the hose is pulled or pressurized - which also keeps "snaking" of the hose to a minimum.
Structure of TPU Layflat Hose:
Inner layer: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
Reinforcement: High strength circular woven polyester or polyamide.
Outer layer: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

Applications of TPU Layflat Hose:

(2)The supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 100 USD for each engineer will be born by the buyers. We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.

We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine arrived in customer's factory (except destroyed by buyers' wrong operation). We guarantee the material of screw & barrel (guarantee without normal abrasion). And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year.
